REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, we will refund it through in-store gift card credits. Once an order has been shipped and confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or provide a refund as needed. To help us expedite the process, please include a photograph of the damaged or defective item and your message to our customer specialists at cs@hegen.com.
